1. Course Cancellations

Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not permitted due to the digital nature of the content.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• You did not receive access to the purchased course within 7 business days.
• A technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the course.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing 911Marketing.tech.

3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Partially completed courses.
• Change of mind after accessing the course content.
